Results

Study shows that 70% of learning takes place on-the-job. 20% during coaching or mentoring and 10% by training, books, workshops etc. And yet, training is often the first step towards personal growth. You will learn new skills, new insights, new behaviour, which can be practised in a safe environment. When training takes place as a team, it will lead to a common language. Team members can support each other on-the-job and give feedback.
